PRR BLOCK PRESSES
These units help you maximize your profits by converting all the excess snow produced in harvesting and handling of the ice into sellable blocks of ice. Works with any of the existing take-off devices currently on the market.

PRR units are available in 4 models:
A) 10-300: makes (300) 10 lb. blocks per hour
B) 10-300-HD: Heavy duty unit makes (300) 10 pound blocks per hour
C) 10/20-350: makes (350) 10 lb. blocks or (200) 20 lb. blocks every hour
D) 10/25-350-H: makes (350) 10 lb. blocks or (200) 25 lb. blocks every hour


TURBO BLOCK PRESSES
These units can convert all types of ice - plate, tube, flake, snow, into compacted blocks of ice. The compacted block is more durable than frozen blocks and it can pass all sanitary requirements.

Turbo units are available in 3 models:
BP-55: makes (120) 55 lb. blocks/hr.
BP-240: makes (240) 10 lb. blocks/hr.
BP-360: makes (360) 10 lb. blocks/hr.


MANUAL BLOCK PRESS

VOGT MANUAL BLOCK PRESS MODEL MBP-10
Now you can produce block ice in limited quantities without a large capital expense. The Vogt Manual block press is a compact self contained press for the production of ice blocks from ice particles that may range from fine to large fragments. Block size: 6" x 6" x desired length (up to 12").
  • Block weight: 1.15 lb/inch of length.
  • Floor space required 21" x 21".

    Simple operation:
    1. Open lid and load ice
    2. Close lid and push control lever to compress ice
    3. Release lever and open lid. Push contol lever again to raise block.
